i am 23yrs of age and have been obesed all my life. i live in nigeria and i have been going through different sites to get some informationon on how to loose weight. i have tried all i can but nothing seems to be happening. i wud like youto give me tips on what to do and i will make sure i follow it because i'm so bothered about my health.
