A healthy lifestyle prevents diseases and contributes to overall health. Life style is a major determinant of healthy living.
Most major diseases have a direct correlation with the way we live and what we eat.
Whether it is cancer, heart disease, obesity and weight loss problems or a whole array of diseases, a healthy life style is a good practice at preventative maintenance.
In other words, prevention can be our best medicine.
Below is a list of good habits to adopt for overall health.
